Migration of all Servers and Websites to our New Host

Before Friday evening, all of our game servers and websites will have migrated to our new international, and more reliable host, - Telia!

The migration will bring you better game quality, more security, comfort and of course, less lag. Telia already has a lot of experience under its belt dealing with many renowned MMOs, so we'll be standing on the shoulders of giants!

From midnight (GMT+1) thursday, August 7th, until 9am Friday, all Ankama websites, games and forums will be offline as the migration is completed.

All servers and websites are now back online!

You should be able to connect to the game normally. We thank you for your patience!

Let's start a new Dofus-Arena season ... a little early!

As you know, the ladder is reset a couple of times a year in order to deal the cards again and give a little kick to the competition! Well, today is one of those times ... and a new season begins!

Let's all congratulate Michelin who stole first place from Selistis! Add Nabolo to the duo and you'll get the 3 great winners of this Arena season!

This reset was initially planned to take place after Japan Expo (a great trade fair which takes place in Paris this weekend), but since we've had problems with our hoster we've decided to do it today instead of imposing a rollback on the community. Note that this reset is more considerable than usual given that your coaches have been completely deleted (as well as their cards).

Well, this is due to the last evolutions we made on the game servers, which are no longer compatible with the current coaches, and the different versions of the game which had made our database less and less stable. Therefore, this reset will do good to the server, even if we know that you're all going to be disappointed to lose all the card you had so proudly won!

Fresh New Look

As you can see with your wide little eyes, the DOFUS Arena site has been redone, refurbished, repainted, refreshed… and we don’t just mean a little botox round the hips either!
All the same, we have no plans to rest on our laurels – just wait and see what surprises are coming your way in the next few weeks !

Disruption to the Ankama websites

Following Monday’s extensive maintenance, there have been issues with the Ankama Games websites. We endeavor to fix them as soon as possible and ask that you avoid making changes to your account information in the meantime.

If you are having trouble with your subscription or invalid pay-by-phone codes, please send a ticket to the Support, they will verify each one of the codes manually and help you regain what is rightfully yours.

With the migration, modifications were made to all Ankama Games accounts. Each account now has a single username (instead of 3, one per game) and your DOFUS nickname is now your global username. That is why some of you found your name changed on the Wakfu and Dofus-Arena forums.

The DOFUS forums were also inaccessible for a short period of time, but we have fixed the issues causing this and you should now be able to post on them as usual.
